Terms and Conditions
Please read my Terms and Conditions before booking in your Commission.
The Client is commissioning the Artist for the production of the commissioned artwork. The artwork will be produced in watercolour paints on high quality 300gsm paper, using her best aesthetic skill.
The Client must specify the content of their Commission to the best of their ability prior to a Commission Agreement. A complex Commission may incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labour only. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution; reproduction; use of the Commission for Artist promotion.
If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement, prior to Start of Work.
The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, beyond the resale of the original Commission.
The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
I require the full Deposit before Start of Work, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Commission Agreement. The Deposit is non-refundable.
Postage is included in your final invoice.
I only accept payments via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Return and Exchange
I cannot accept returns or cancellations on any personalised pet portraits, house illustrations or any other bespoke artwork. Please do contact me if you have any issues with your order.
I will happily accept exchanges on any Prints ordered. You will need to contact me within 7 days and you will be responsible for postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All artwork will be shipped via UK Royal Mail, 1st class recorded delivery.
International delivery costs will be calculated based on the size, weight and destination.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to revision without notice. The Client must read and understand these terms before entering into a Commission Agreement with the Artist. Once the Client enters into a Commission Agreement with the Artist, it is assumed the Client has agreed to all Terms and Conditions.
